College basketball fans enjoy taking part in March Madness by filling out a NCAA Tournament bracket, but it's difficult to determine the odds of getting a perfect bracket. Typically, the stated odds of picking all 64 teams correctly are one in 9.2 quintillion. However, Duke University mathematician Jonathan Mattingly says the formula to reach that number is not ideal because it's based on the calculations that the chance of winning each game is 50-50.
