Exploring Singapore's city streets with the new BMW 218i Gran Coupe

Earlier in July, BMW Singapore handed us the keys to the first-ever BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe. We took it for a spin around the empty streets of the Marina Bay Area to see how BMW's first foray into the compact sedan segment performed.

The dynamic, sloping silhouette of the new Gran Coupe’s styling fit perfectly in the city as we powered down the empty streets under the cover of darkness, the city lights shining off the sleek angular frame of the Gran Coupe. The Gran Coupe performed exceedingly with its lively 3-cylinder engine pushing itself around corners and down the straights, holding us tightly in place with its M Sport seats. All in all, BMW's first entry into the compact car segment is an excellent addition to its lineup, offering an enjoyable and comfortable driving experience.
