My mom bought one kislux and she loves it. It had been there for over 10 years when she went out with it.

I have one kislux bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...

I have two of them. One for my Sony and one for my Lumix

Gotta say, that there is a Nikkor 105mm f1.4 that is about $2000 USD out there. This is probably why Sigma made this particular lens. And the only other fast 105mm lenses I can think of is the 1980's Nikkor 105mm f1.8 AIS and the Nikkor 105mm f2.5 (the lens that took the National Geographic Afghan girl). They are great adapted to any mirrorless system and are fairly cheap. The Sigma though dollar for dollar is probably the best of all 4.

I had this lens for awhile back in 2022 and I did like it a lot. However I found myself not really noticing a huge difference in IQ over my 85mm f1.4 at the time and found it often too tight. So I chose to keep my 85mm and sell the 105. Absolutely an amazing lens. But it is definitely a niche lens.

That may look good on my carbon-fiber tripod. With the gimbal.

I recently purchased one, yes it's heavy but you can't beat the Bokeh. I use the EF to RF adapter with the drop in filter.

Someone care to tell the creator of this video that the "focal range" on a prime lens is fixed. I've lost count how many times he says it as well as call it a zoom on multiple occasions.

I've been trying to sell mine for the past year now that nobody wants to give me $1, 000 for when I just paid $1, 700 for it and it's immaculate. I had a brand new copy when I was using Nikon mirrorless and when I switched over to Sony I picked up the e-mount version, I really enjoyed the images coming out of that lens. I compared it to the Canon 200 mm F2 and the Bokeh was completely the same and the only difference was the compression in back of the female has taken pictures of. And I considered the 200 mm F2 the ultimate and buttery bokehlicious backgrounds for portraits and the sigma I considered the poor man's version of the 200 mm F2 . But I picked up the Sony 135 mm GM and then I picked up the sigma 85mm f1.4 DG DN and that's all she wrote. The 135 mm GM is got to be the best portrait lens on the market for Sony and when I don't have that space I use the sigma 85mm f1.4 and wow what light sharp lens. And since I got those two lenses the 105 F 1.4 has not been getting any love. I remember I thought I was going to be one of those photographers that stand out with their images at a wedding so I used the 105 f1.4 for the whole day and my one camera and oh my God it beat the living crap out of my side hanging from my dual holster camera strap. That Sigma is one chunky monkey
