After about a year of trial and error, I gotta say it’s a pretty decent product for the price! Charcoal decision makes a big difference in consistent temperature (hotter burning charcoal doesn’t work well with low and slow cooks) but it definitely worth the money for sure. The 40” fits close to 8 slabs of ribs and I could probably fit more too!

Hello Masterbuilt I keep getting it ERR1 cod .I did register my smoker . This is my second smoker I received from Lowe’s the first one the fan didn’t work .Could you please help me out Thanks the second one work one time

Anyone else had problems with the charcoal basket warping badly? Also a door gasket should be added to this ASAP

What do you do when your control panel keeps freezing and you been waiting over a week for customer service to contact you...junk...not worth the money

I can't control the temp. Big mistake buying this smoker. Should have got an electric or gravity feed type.
