I became obsessed with crafting an orange creamsicle Ramos Gin Fizz during the pandemic. I would make attempts every weekend, and they ended up being very tasty. Eventually I moved on, started making cocktails I found online or had at bars, made this account, and now I have come full circle, with a finished version that uses a cream whipper in place of the usual heavy shaking.

In a cream whipper combine:
1oz Orange Juice
.75oz Empirical Symphony 6
.75oz Dry Curacao
.5oz Supasawa
.75oz Cream
.75oz Vanilla Syrup

Charge and refrigerate for 45 mins

Fill a frozen Collins Glass with an oz of soda water, then shake and dispense the cocktail from the cream whipper.
