He has failed against Croatia in the WC semifinal, against Italy in the Euro final, in every key /top game for Tottenham including the CL final, he has missed that penalty against France in the WC quarterfinal, and he has also failed Bayern in the CL against Madrid. Kane's track record in the key games is abysmal.
