ABSTRACT: The presentation focuses on the Advance Care Planning Capacity Building project underway to help people prepare for their future needs. A review of the development of the Pan-Canadian Framework and new resources for lawyers and the general public is made and Advance Care Planning public awareness campaigns and special projects are also shared.
