Life well lived.
Is the following

Sleep 8 hours a day.
Positive people you can learn from.
Exercise regularly.
Act, do not procrastinate.
Remove toxic people from your life, where possible.
Meaningful hobbies.
Alert to surroundings when out and about.
Nutrition, fresh food, cut down on processed, and fast food.
SPEARMAN.
Try it, what have you got to loose ?
