3uz onto 1uz management

Proof of a 3uz running on 1uz management. This one is 170 series crown ECU which have the same coils as the 3uz making it easy to swap the looms. 1uz Throttle body has been swapped over. When using early 1uz loom the coils plugs need to be swapped. be careful to confirm pinout of coils as the centre pins get swapped around too. Make sure you use the matching air flow meter for the ECU.

What about non vvti 1uz’s who wnna use the ecu for 3uz cause of it being not locked and is able to be reflashed, is this possible?

Does this mean you could run a ls400 ECU that has button shifters with a 3uz and still retain button shifting using the ls400 ECU?

Do you know if I could take a 1uzfe vvti motor and upgrade to bigger injectors and fuel pump while using a 3uzfe ECU? I I just want to make sure it should be plug and play so I don't want to have to adjust the wiring harness/loom? thanks for all your great info on the UZFE platform!

If you have car with a 1UZ VVTI and just swap a 3uz in directly while keeping the 1UZ vvti ecu will it work long term? Will the ECU long term fuel trims be able to compensate the additional displacement/air flow without flagging any check engine lights over time?
