Also another tip:
The spider eggs from the Black Widow contain much rarer resources, like the Green Shield Bug parts. So do try and collect those!

I always let the beetle and spider fight each other. After seeing who dies first, I'm finishing the job after.

This worked, but she landed on an ant when she jumped causing her to bounce into the air then land on the rock. I yeeted myself off the rock, around it, then back on top of it and finished her. Good tip

For anyone asking it still works I tried a little while ago and the spider can't jump on the stone u just have to move a little bit more because it specifically can jump on a certain part of the stone

I like to use venom arrows alongside normal arrows. Let that venom help you take down her health, just shoot her again once the venom wears off. I typically use 3-4 venom arrows per cheese.

the health bar stretches across the entire top of the screen with little, teeny, tiny bars while pumping poison damage into our little me. Please. Just pile on the cheddar. I won't mind at all. 😂🙂🙃😉😊 PS: Be Safe!

I went on a leaf and she just stayed in 1 spot snd didn't move, my freind was also able to just walk up to her and retrieve all my arrows for me without even getting touched

I built a set of stairs on that rock. Shoot the widow, climb up, then you can use gas and the splinters without worrying about gassing yourself in the process.

Haven’t even fought one yet. Was kinda wondering how to fight them legit. Like what equipment is recommended along with mutations? Are they the same as the brood mother? Am I gonna have to do for them, what I did for the brood mother and craft a bunch of liquid rage in order to heal and get a damage boost?

If you're fast enough and worried about her possibly jumping up you can book it over to the plants (The area where the Ox Beetle is) and jump on the nearest leaf and then she'll just stand there and not move any, this is also good as well!

love the video but with the recent update they seem to jump a lot higher 😭 and they don’t get stuck as easily in the caves 🙄 so that spot at the moment isn’t working for me
