I believe Tom's Spiderman is the anchor being because of Tony. Who ONLY made the time machine to reverse the snap, AFTER he saw the picture of him and Peter.
You could even say that he has been it all along as Marvel confirmed that Holland's Spiderman was the boy who stood up to Ivan's death bot in Iron Man 2.

I was so invested in Kang because of Loki and Ant Man 3, which his plotline outshined Loki and Ant man themselves in their own show/movie. Using the other two spiderman in an avengers movie is a huge power move too. Even if Kang doesn't get his own movie, I wish they would continue his plotline since it has so much potential.

In that plot leak:
1) The first half of the movie (in the script) the wanted to show the main Kang's (the same who fought Cassie, Scott and Hope in Quantun Realm) lifetime after he's dragged down into that machine and landed in the deepest dark place between the whole timelines - the Beyond Zone. His retrospections shows pregnant Ravonna - first his good life with Ravonna and her and his child deaths.
2) The second half of the movie script shows that the different Kangs - especially Imoortus who is the strongest Kang + Centurion Kang and Rama-Tut Kang are starting to show themselves in the different places around the world - Kamar-Taj, Wakanda, NY - firstly non-assembled Avengers fighting around the world but they're forced to fall back and Kangs' space ships ("Damocleses"?) destroying many cities around the world and everything is like in the Terminator - some like radioactive fallout.
3) The surviving Avengers (some of them are death during the spaceships attacks - Cassie Lang, Janet and Hank are death. I know that Thor doesn't want to live anymore after he lost so many friends) are saved in Wakanda or NY where Tony Stark secretly built the anti-nuclear hatch or bunker. Captain America (Mackie) goes with a supporting emotional speech and they starting to connect with other heroes around the world - whoever survived.
4) Now-assembled Avengers are divided into 3 teams:
a) Street-level team lead by Holland's SM ---> Miles Morales, Daredevil, Punisher, Ant-Man, Hawkeye Barton and Kate Bishop + Ironheart and War Machine - their goal is Rama-tut and his Fortress - Miles is killed during the fight.
b) Eartbound team lead by Cap America ---> Cap Marvel, Hulk, WonderMan, Shuri, Ms. Marvel, Star-Lord, She-Hulk, Rocket, Groot, Falcon Hernandez,
c) Cosmic team lead by Dr. Strange ---> Clea, Wong, America Chavez, Thor, Love, Shang-Chi, Adam Warlock, Phyla-Vell, Cosmo
All 3 teams lost their battles against Kangs' variants - many of them are dead - Immortus wins the Nega-Bands and absorbs Centurion - now Rama-Tut bows on his knees to him. Immortus is Kang Prime.
5) We are back to main Kang who is still in Beyond Zone but wants to leave that place. He realizes that he needs to destroys the other variants of himself to make peace in the multiverse - the Council of Kangs targets him, finds him and he's dragged from the Beyond Zone and imprisoned. Immortus mocks him and want to kill him in that Coloseum where other Kangs are but it fuels main Kang and he's starting to fight him and absorbs Immortus - now the main Kang became The Beyonder Kang.
6) Kang Prime fights with Rama-Tut across the whole mu;tiverse destroying the timelines and the reality collapses. Loki is struggling to hold the timelines and the TVA arrives on vessel called "Ark" - with Deadpool, Wolverine, Cage's Ghost Rider, Tobey SM, F4 and Dr. Strange who was MIA after their lost with his Cosmic team. Captain America Mackie tragically dies before TVa arrives, Kang Beyonder takes 10 rings and fight with Immortus who wields Nega-Bands - Kang Beyoner defeats Immortus, creates protective force field to save remaining heroes and fuses 10 rings with Nega-Bands - now is the brand new device which can restore the fallen universes but instead doing that - Kang Beyonder sticks the remaining universes into ONE called Chronopolis - a new reality. When the heroes are in that force field Kang Beyonder condescendingly imprisones all of them. The last scenes before the end shows Kang in his Chronopolis and someone waits for him - it's Ravonna and they both say: "For all times, always" - THE END.

The thing with Infinity War and Endgame is that we had followed most of these heroes, Bucky and T'challa, Nat, Steve and Sam, Tony and the others on Earth, Vision and Wanda, Thor and Hulk coming back to Earth, the Guardians getting involved, Strange and Spidey also. These characters were established more or less to a degree.

But with 5 and 6 if they did use DP, Wolvie the the 3 Spider-Men as well as Ghost Rider etc then it would have given them something truly amazing to go by and then left them and the 616 Avengers to be in Secret Wars. Which would have made sense.

They should do this as an animated movie, so they use all the characters (without worrying about cost of big name actors)

"I don't understand Marvel and Disney's decision-making when it comes to Doctor Doom. He's a key villain from the *Fantastic Four* comics, first appearing in issue #5 back in 1962. So why introduce him to the MCU before the *Fantastic Four* movie comes out in a few years? It doesn't make sense to feature Doom in an Avengers movie before properly establishing him with the Fantastic Four. That would be like putting Galactus in a Spider-Man movie—completely out of place. If they want to bring Doctor Doom into the MCU again, it would make more sense to do it in the new *Fantastic Four* movie or maybe in Black Panther 3. But that's Disney for you—they always think they know what the fans want, but they don't!"

Doom isn’t a downgrade necessarily, but Kang Wars would have undoubtedly been one of the best things to come out of the MCU. The amount of story telling and ideas they had at their disposal is insane. Not sure much of Secret Wars and Battle World, but seeing all of this unfold and Doom be the true villain for the Kangs and the avengers is what I was hoping for

When I see where the MCU currently is, I truly appreciate the epic retcon they did with Loki & Kang. God of Stories works almost flawlessly.
