PAX is down 19% in the last 3 months since I've purchased. It has low debt and other good metrics, will buy more in 2025, while collecting the 8.3% dividend. Also, USA interest rates won't be cut in 2024 - eggs and milk are still $ increasing. Luckily benefiting from covered calls on all my REITs to offset the delay.

Hey Jussi or anyone else who knows about this… I was looking into Unite Group in UK which is a REIT for student housing. Anyone know anything about their management and longer term plans? How is the college student housing industry compared to USA. USA the students get loans and default is usually low, but not sure how UK college student housing industry compares. And of course how they are managed is always big factor.
