Great video, Roberto. I like the way you snuck the collectible cars part in at the very end like an after credits scene in the Marvel movies. Being in this end of the asset class world, I wonder how stable the pricing will be long term. It's fairly obvious people are chasing physical assets with stimulus dollars and paper returns, but at least it creates some great buying opportunities when they realize the long term maintenance expense and get tired of the car taking up space in the garage.

Nicely done Marko. Our criteria include liquidity and diversity. Your number 4 was real estate. We use MLPs like BXMT and EPD because MLPs must share their profits from leasing pipelines and storages. Same with BXMT for REITs. 90% profits are the normal distribution. More diversity include futures like metals and grains. Just look at platinum or soybeans this year. Or country etfs like Brazil or South Korea. Liquidity in spades!

for what it's worth, people keep having their NFTs disappear because you're just buying a hyperlink, so if the server / site hosting that link ever dies, the entire value of your thing goes to zero too. super spooky investment to hold for any amount of time

I nor any CFP that I've talked has ever recommended collectibles as investments. They are not investments. They are hobbies. Buy them because you enjoy collecting them with the understanding of not making any money. People who buy collectibles like rare coins with the intention of making money lose money 100% of the time. However there is a chance to make money in collectibles if the person enjoys it and doesn't expect to make any money. There are booms and busts like in the stock market with collectibles but often don't ever recover to their previous highs so be careful.
