Real Estate Dynamics (RED)
• RED is a web-based analytics tool that provides market insights through the provision of visualization of transactional data and asking prices.
• RED provides access to +140,000 transactions (updated monthly) and +22,000 listings (updated daily). Transaction data is cleansed, sorted by type, and mapped. Asking prices are from all banks and NPL servicers, properties in the foreclosure process, and aggregator websites.
• Additional layers/ information include the profile, per the Land Registry, of all properties across Cyprus, town planning zones, government land and green areas, etc.
• Note that Users can access transaction data while ensuring transaction anonymity, mapping data at the area level. Registered users who acquire data from the Land Registry data can view transactions at the unit level.

This Solution is available for Cyprus and is under development for Greece.
