How can we encourage our leaders in the church?

I tell my elders I appreciate them greatly and they are in my prayers. After services I will talk to them afterwards and thank them for what was taught.
Wholly agree with this message and appreciate what was conveyed as it reinforces what the Holy Spirit led me to do.
