People can get PTSD from viewing photos and videos of murders. I refuse to watch any gore or snuff type videos, but I can understand why a jury would need to see it

I don't think it's a good idea for family members to be in the courtroom while a pathology examiner is giving testimony, it's bad enough to lose a loved one to a violent crime but to learn specific details and maybe even see pictures can generate a higher level of trauma psychologically I would think. I also don't believe that would help with a grieving process. I truly think the family members should not be allowed in the courtroom during that part of the proceedings only because of the psychological harm that it could possibly do.

Well I'm glad to see there's SOMEone still horrified at the sight of violence. It's such a means of entertainment nowadays that people are numb to it and don't seem shocked by it as much as they should be.

Poor man. He is probably a lovely and decent person, and he just doesn't have the stomach to confront the truly sick, deviant, hateful people who walk among us in society.

He is likely the exact kind of person we need to sit on a jury because he has empathy for others. I hope this case didn't traumatize him too badly.

I could definitely see myself becoming physically Ill due to some of that stuff.
Poor family I really do just feel so horrible for anyone who goes through that. May she Rest In Peace and her family hopefully find peace but I know that is much much easier said then done. God bless that poor mother 💔 no mother should ever out live her child especially in such a manner 😢

I think Ortiz should get treated the same way he treated those women. Start with the less lethal first so he feels the suffering before you finish him off.

In case anyone is curious the police union is paying his defense team. This is just classic behavior of someone in law enforcement. They truly believe they are above the law and the laws don't apply to them because the police union will always defend them.
