As someone with 200+ Cuphead hours and has beaten each individual boss hitless on every difficulty with any items i want, I can confirm this challenge sucks major elephant testicles and is miserable on Dr Kahl, Wally Warbles, Cala Maria, Chef Saltbaker, The Devil, Beppi the Clown, and Hilda Berg

47:34 your screen gets inked if you get hit by the ink projectiles he sends around, not by failing to kill him in time. In that clip, you ran into 2 ink projectiles, ironically both after killing him too lol.

So you can just not kill him and not get inked as long as you dont get hit by the ink projectiles, or vice versa
