It would be great to see a 5 m x 9 meter house with 2 bedrooms upstairs. we have a mountain view . Our spot is 9 meters wide and 125 m long, but we can have only a 5 m x 9 m two storey building . East - West direction. With a big lounge for quests with full mountain view. That would be great - I really like your designs :-)

This is neat. For a single person it would be interesting to see living area upstairs with full windows all around, kitchen area and a comfy couch. Downstairs a fold out bed with a living room area for any guests. Folding table / chairs for dinner upstairs. :) I like to eat while on my computer in the chair, but have view from up top. Just a thought, might not be so great once I see it though.

Love your designs!! 💖 can I request for a MUJI Japanese inspired 7x7 2 floor house, 2 bedrooms, 2 T&B, with high ceiling, and covered balcony that is not connected to any bedroom!! This my new goal find a small peice of land and build this exact place with a lil room for washer n drier so it's not in the bathroom. This is all ide need for my daughter and me. Than when she's older I'll convert her room to a art room. I could probably do it all for less than 100 grand .
