Raising your hand & telling someone is so hard in active addiction but the key to reclaiming your life so you can start living it vs just surviving it - we need to end the stigma about addiction!

It doesn't always come back. You cant be saying stuff like that because if its just gonna come back why stop? Im around 3 years clean and sober. I dont want it I dont miss it, i dont crave it. Ive had sips of drinks when they look fancy and it hasnt ever made me say OMG THE DISEASE IS BACK
It would have to be completely life destroying act like losing my son to make me go back. I wouldnt be around long after that anyhow. But im not going back, its not going to come back. I refuse.
