Worked for me on Samsung S10e. Useful! Yes, the presentation needs to be slowed down but if you pause it you can catch all of the commands.

the option, as shown in this video, is "none (unless handsfree). so after selecting this, if you hold the phone in your hand (basically the phone will detect based on, probably, elevation etc, you will not get voice response from assistant. If u go handsfree-not holding phone-then assistant will continue to give voice responses.

Thank you!! Geez I was going crazy. I had turned off spoken results under Voice and also fully turned off the Google Assistant but I had to turn it back on and then follow the instructions here.

I found this but was not were he showed it. But it was already off why do they make setting so hard to find.

You actually have to enable the assistant to get to that setting which just turns it on for everything else in general and this still makes it to where it works for hands-free mode
