I flew a Cessna over the Angels Stadium one night. It was a local flight, so I did not check NOTAMS. A large helicopter came to bother me. It would not relent. I had to change direction to avoid a collision.
Next morning, I learned that Nixon was attending a game.

Wait a minute... The controller stated that, "... you will need a clearance." But I didn't hear him state that one was requested or granted, only that one is required. I would have double checked that permission was given...ruling out having to call a number upon landing.

St. Louis downtown airport has some of the best controllers, they’re awesome! Same with Spirit. It’s always fun to fly over the TFR at Busch Stadium during a game. One time I coordinated with a buddy of mine that was at the game and timed my flyover for the national anthem, it was awesome😂

You're cleared through a tfr as long as your talking to atc.

Most of those sporting event TFRs have a section in the description that says if you’re talking to someone with a squawk code, you’re Gucci.

I drove in a bus with my dad and 25 French Aerobatic Pilots. I won a free flight (similar a Cessna type) where we bought clothes for my confirmation. Currently, I plan for some RC flying and need to buy a lot more.

I have been a TFR. I reserved a MOA on the weekend for some military training. All of a sudden, there was a TFR for the entire weekend over the MOA.

I worked at KCPS during the world series. That's really crazy traffic. All the ramps and taxiway were covered.
