Thanks this worked for me. I wasn’t able to connect my PS4 to the internet, tried everything, but the reset worked. Just make sure you have a good USB cable when it comes to reconnecting your controller again.

THANK YOU SO MUCH MY PS WAS JUST SAYING I COULDN’T CONNECT TO THE INTERNET AND MY IP ADDRESS WAS FAILING SO I ALMOST HAD MY DAD RESTART THE ROUTER CAUSE I THOUGHT IF I RESTARTED THE PS4 MY GAME WOULDVE LOST ALL DATA BUT I CAME TO THIS VIDEO AND NOTHING HAPPENED YOUR BACKGROUND IS ONLY BACK TO DEFAULT IT FIXED EVERYTHING YOUR CLIPS IS STILL THERE

This did not work for me I try it and I had to go trough resetting my time and stuff and when I went to sing in it said error has occurred I’m so sad all my fortunate skins are there and on top of that this is now my second account I have lost because of this some one plz.! Help me
