Like others in the comments, this video was of great help mending my middle roller after a few years of abuse caused it to break off! Thanks for sticking this up.

Just replaced my middle hinge after watching your video, it was a great help. A couple of things i did also, was to mark around the old hinge which is attached to the door with a felt tip pen. That way you can be a lot more accurate with the new one. Also you can adjust the jack as you go along to help you lift the door in place. Cheers.

Just replaced top and bottom runners on my 2009 Fiat Ducato van. Tried the AFTER MARKET guys and all three of them offered me the wrong parts! Phoned the main dealers who required the Original Reg Number and then sent me the correct 2 parts, cost me £164.23p but saved credit notes; and my knuckles etc.
Watched you're video to make sure I'd done almost the same thing AND Yeeee Haaaa, the satisfaction was overwhelming.
Thanks for you're video, next time I'll get Spielberg around to video my new talent..talents!
I might add I 'DID NOT' mark around the old runners as with their wear and tear on the worn runners, I could have fitted the new one's in the wrong place's.

Hi many thanks for this video, i have a 2005 ex Royal Mail Transit - as you can imagine, the rollers on mine had virtually nothing left of them with the side door being used every few minutes in its former life, i used your video which was well explained, to fit my new rollers and all went well, i don't wake the neighbours anymore when i open and close my door lol thanks Buddy.

Thanks for making this video. I used it as my guide to fit replacement rollers on my van. So clear, even I could follow it. Happy camping from Jim.

My 2010 transit connect need the top one changed. There are three on the connect. Good video for the lower two.

Yes, the old one was worn to a smaller diameter. I would be surprised if the door wasn't sticking out further. Mine is having troble poping out and it won't open, unless I close it hard, lock it again, unlock and open quickly. Must be the spring on the middle mount.

Hi 👋.
By any chance are you going to the meet at Shaftsbury this weekend? I've bought the bits and have volunteer helpers but your knowledge first hand would be amazing 🙏🫶

As soon as i see the extended roller you bought I thought OOpps!!
If you bought that roller of the well known Transit parts seller on Ebay then they are fully aware of the problem of it not fitting.
As you say, it's for a twin wheel Jumbo.
But it won't fit a twin wheel Jumbo Bus, because of the door pillar and the roller fouling.
I think it'll only fit a T/W Jumbo van
I had to do a lot of fettling to get it to fit properly.
Yes I have a Jumbo bus, and wanted to get the door to open fully.
This isn't a simple job, and wouldn't recommend it without a good workshop.
Glad you got it sorted in the end, and all's working OK.

Have you replaced the top one? We replaced the middle and the door os still struggling to open (like it did when the plastic around the bearing went). I bought the 3 pack and am going to replace the top and bottom. Did you just use the standard transit jack to support your door too? We wedged ours still on our step with some planks of wood 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ thanks!

Very helpful video - thank you :-) I'm still confused about this 'extended' central roller, tho' - if an extended one IS needed for the twin-wheeled Transits, then surely extended top and bottom rollers would also need to be fitted to match this extra clearance? How can the middle be 'out' further than the top and bottom? Cheers.

You said the replacement was an allen key yet you used a torx bit to readjust the bottom roller.Good video though.

My side door struggles with the first bit of opening where the door comes out away from the van if I push it from the inside then it will pop out and slide freely but it's almost impossible to open from the outside any help would be appreciated

Hi - to make adjustments do you loosen/ tighten the two bolts that attach to the door ?

Thanks for the video!
