Shopify themes are great for getting your website up and running but they don't offer full customization of how your store will look and operate. With their ease of use comes less customization. Thankfully you can edit the theme code of your Shopify theme in just a few clicks. It does require a knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript if you really want to make changes. 

This video covers how to customize the theme code for your Shopify store, using how to edit the number of Blog posts shown as an example. 
A Shopify theme is a design that is built into a Shopify website. Themes on Shopify are often responsive and mobile-friendly, meaning that they will adapt to the screen size of your device. Shopify themes can be found in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes. Some themes are free and others are paid for. Shopify themes can be used to create a website for any company, hobby, or cause.
