I’m 5w3d and the nausea is getting stronger every day. Almost threw up on an empty stomach this morning. Sign of a healthy growing baby so won’t complain!!!

In my first pregnancy at 26 with my husband baby is 4 weeks 6 days. I was on birth control for 10+ years and got pregnant in the second month of being off I never thought it was possible for me! God bless everyone and may you have a healthy happy pregnancy ❤️✨

New dad here, wife is at four to five week estimation based on the vaginal ultrasound. We find out next week exactly where we are but I have been researching and trying to remain cautiously optimistic through this period. So excited for our first! Long journey

Was supposed to be 7 weeks this week. I believe I lost it, can’t get to the doctor to confirm until Nov 1. But Two weeks ago this is exactly the content I was looking for. Thank you!!! ❤

Thanks for the video! I’m pregnant with my second, 6 weeks tomorrow! My first was stillborn at term, so I’m really hoping we get to bring this one home. We had a doula our last pregnancy, but I don’t think we will this time since we don’t intend to pursue natural birth - that said I love your videos and they’ve been so helpful!
I would love it if you did a video on how to prevent preeclampsia. I wish I knew so much of what I know now about the placenta. But apparently having your vitamin D blood levels at 70-80 when you conceive and walking 30 minutes everyday, and eating 100grams or so of protein (all especially important in the first trimester) can really help prevent preeclampsia and issues with the placenta, miscarriage, and other adverse pregnancy outcomes. Also, hubby being on folate 3 months before conception as well, and yourself too. ❤

I believe that I just lost my baby at about 5 weeks. Im so sad and disappointed. Im now 2 out of 3 pregnancies ending in early miscarriage. Thankfully I have my sweet little girl to keep me busy.

I have been living on homemade chicken vegetable soup with basmati rice and fresh fruit/berry smoothies made with almondmilk. Started this dietary regimen last week. Nausea is pretty much gone and the splitting headache I developed at 14 dpo has stopped and hasn't returned since I started the diet at 17 dpo.
