Those blue light glasses actually do something. If I dont use them, I end up seeing lines or my eyes end up hurting. So, buy them for your own good resting assured they actually do something.

I dislike that I already have all of this sorted:
- Glasses for close up with the blue light coating
- Laptop covered in tech company stickers (bonus for it being a think pad)
- Mechanical keyboard (Cherry MX Blue so people REALLY know)
- Dual 27" monitors (both landscape though but I think they look weird portrait)

I use blue light blocking glasses for my constant migraines and since I haven't had a migraine in six months I'd say they work pretty well.
