Well my seven deliveries were waited a few minutes after each birth and the placentas naturally came out themself heavily and fast. Never needed anyones whole arm in there. 👍😉

My mom didn't have to worry about that at all because during her pregnancy with me the placenta detached too early and so I was born 9 weeks early. She told me I shouldn't have pulled on the cord 😂
