There is no rivalry between Saudi and UAE.. Saudi citizens are treated like citizens in the UAE and vice versa. The tribes and the royal family of the UAE share similar roots and relatives in Saudi Arabia and this is the case for most of the Gulf states. UAE to KSA is in terms of culture and relation is like Canada to the USA and way closer
