Saskatchewan and B.C. premiers speak with reporters before annual meeting of western leaders

In Regina, Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe and British Columbia Premier John Horgan take questions from reporters before the annual meeting of Canada’s western leaders. In their remarks, the premiers renew their call for an increase in federal health-care transfer payments to the provinces.
