I said the same thing. When I didn’t understand the words I still felt emotions from her with every word. By the end of the song I felt like I was rode hard and put away wet. Once I understood the words I was completely overwhelmed. I still get that every time I listen to it. That’s a gift Emily has. She can project emotions to her audience with every expression, every body movement, through her fingers on the keyboard, and with her voice. She is the best I know. Nice review my friend.

Hi George it's Mick in the UK. Thank you again for Emily's rendition of Adagio, this time in English, so the majority of people can understand it, and thanks again Brad for promoting this version. Like everyone has said, the emotion was there in Italian, and now we have it in English, but this time understandable to virtually all. But did you notice the piano playing being note by note perfection to the Italian version without music sheets? Absolutely amazing, showing Emily's dedication to her craft. Ever since I first saw Emily on The Voice Kids UK in 2019, I saw something special in her, but I didn't know what? If music be the food of love, then play on Emily. This English version cleared the mist & confirmed a great deal about the feelings generated from the Italian version, origins of which were unknown at the time. This was a good vibration and an excitation of considerable proportion. 570k YouTube views in 8 days hopefully points to another 1m YouTube views for Emily.
Your remarks on the Italian version were quite intuitive George. You mentioned here Emily's ability to act out the part of the song & the absence of her 'trademark' smile at the end was a testimony to the emotion she herself must have felt.
