NATO Chief Admits Allies Failed to Deliver Ukraine Weapons Pledges

Ukraine still has a chance to prevail on the battlefield against Russia, but NATO and its allies need to deliver the aid they promised, North Atlantic Treaty Organization Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said. He spoke on Monday at a joint press conference in Kyiv with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
