shot my first montana mule deer her in cascade county, my good friend and hunt partner was born and raised here and never harvested a bruiser as big body and with a 3x4 tall wide crown . i normaly can pull a large whitetail buck by myself into my 1 ton dodge, not this one, his nose was 4 inches from the back of my cab and pushed his but and hind quarters with the tailgate on a 8 foot shortbed. going taste good this winter with the elk i harvested second day of the rifle season with the price of meat going up. good luck to all and safe outings.
