I have bugs/virus on my computer I was thinking of doing this I don't have too much on it. I was going to save my documents and some pictures and hard start the operating system. Do you think this will take care of the problems ? It usually when I open safari I keep getting windows opening it's annoying . I was thinking of buying a virus cleaner, but I was told to just re start the operating system

I tried to factory reset and after re-installation I have issue with creating Computer account, I've already tried on 2 different Macbooks...the error it gives me is The name you entered can't be used. The name is not available. Enter a different name. Does anyone have similar issues? an advice would be much appreciated!
