Do the two computers need to be on the same network to connect?

Hi Mohomed. I want to be able to access my mom's computer. She is 86 years old and is legally blind. I like to zoom with her every night for several hours. But now she cannot see well enough to join the zoom meeting. If we install teamviewer on both our computers will my mom have to type in a password every time I connect to her computer? Or can we set it up so that always allows me to connect to her computer automatically? If I can do that, then I can zoom with her. She cannot see me but it is important for me to be able to see her, to see how she is doing. Thank you. I will check out the facebook page you recommend and also email you.

Is there a way to have it so you can connect from anywair in the world, you do not need to see the other computers password?
