It worked for me. The password was not the pin I enter to log in, it was the password to my actual Microsoft account...once I figured that out, it worked perfectly.

When cmd opens just write your password and hit enter it will work.

I type the password, click enter, then it just x’s out of the command prompt…

Please help. I followed the steps but after I put the password, the program closes automatically. When I attempt to open it pretends it’s opening but it closes immediately.

cmd also opens without admin rights so you can't enter the admin password
