I remember, I was in my twenties or early thirties, when I bought a new Buick Riviera. (New to us). It actually had a computer like screen in the car. Anniversary edition. White with Deep maroon velvet interior. The sound system went around the car. I turned this song up the loudest I could and waited for ‘the famous drum beat’. It started on the left side of the car, and went around with every hit of the drumsticks. Most awesome musical moment of my life. Wow! I’m 53 now. Still gives me chills. If I remember, it had a Bose system in that edition. I wish I had that car today. Wow! We bought it from a dealership in Texas. It was less than a year old. The owner of the dealership had special ordered the car. I think it had less than 10, 000 miles when we bought it.

At the time it's creation, Collins was feeling all kinds of emotion after his wife had an affair with another man.
