Quick and easy chicken dinner for your family | The best meal idea for supper tonight

We love chicken spaghetti. I make it all of the time, but today I didn't have all of the ingredients that I typically use for this recipe. I had to kind of make it up as I went along. But it was delicious!

I have some leftover cooked spaghetti noodles, so this sounds good for supper. When I can find the rotisserie chickens at our Sam's (you have to get there at just the right time to get one these days), I buy a couple and freeze the meat for meals like this.

My mother in law makes something similar to this called baked spaghetti. She uses black olives, chopped onion, and bell pepper. She uses ground beef, but chicken sounds amazing.

All our family loves for me to make this and I use Rotel. But, my granddaughter loves it with salsa. So I mix it all up and take out about what she will eat and put in a small casserole dish with salsa then add the Rotel to the rest. I have eaten both and both are good but I do like the Rotel one the best. But, everyone seems happy, and makes a nice family get together meal. Love your recipes and God Bless You and Family.

I do it all the time. Here’s a quick tip. Get the Greek salad from Costco and cut up a rotisserie chicken in it.

This is going to sound stupid but I have to ask, what does the balls of foil do in the crockpot? I have never heard of that so I'm curious.
