Green hydrogen needs innovation and tech advances before it can replace fossil fuels: Climate expert

Ulka Kelkar of World Resources Institute India says green hydrogen is needed to replace the way we use fossil fuels in industrial manufacturing. But, hydrogen in electrolysis is still in the research and development stage, so more innovation and scaling up of technologies are needed, she adds.
