Why can't I do the same thing as you instructed, it showed unable to use Ringtone. Tap settings, go to App Info > Permissions, then allow the following permissions and try again....????

I have the Samsung S23+, NO ringtone option in my contacts and I cannot find ANY way to use specific ringtones for contacts. They must have removed this option! I HATE how they change this shit around all the time with every update!
