Video from a Hollywood Hills home shows a large adult cougar strolling down the street in the daylight.

There's one in our area that visited my yard one time, but all I ever saw of him was his footprints. I would love to catch a glimpse of him. I agree with Lola Cookie below - I'm far less worried about meeting up with a mountain lion on the street than I am a human predator. Or my neighbor's aggressive pit bull!
