This demonstrates how to use just the Atmel ATMega328 chip and some batteries to run Arduino sketches. This will demonstrate how to use the Evil Mad Scientist ISP Shield 2.0 to burn the Arduino bootloader and upload sketches. It also shows how to measure power usage of your Arduino sketch. This turns on a LED if water is detected.

Good vid but using a 328 for that project is way overkill. Just a few resistors and a BJT would suffice.
