This video got in my feed and i just had to watch it loll. this is a real thing whoever he left the most important part out, Management. Listen if this happens to you at work the issue is not brandy, tje issue is what comes after that call. The company mess that up but the blame will be on you, as you can imagine the warehouse will keep doing their stuff the same way and this call will come back just with a different person on the line and guess what? the blame will be on you again.

That's why I overthink applying for a job position on a call Center again. This just makes me sick and get s on my nerves, so I would be the one who got fired the first day because of innapropiate hadle of the situation: undoubtedly, I would strike back with sarcasm and hang up the call after that.

Great video! I bet Joshua was a great call center agent back in the day if that’s the way he handles calls, so calm and professional.

Unfortunately, after she hung up, there’s no time to think about the call because you have a queue of calls haha not even 3 seconds to “bounce back” lol

This accent has been terrible for me, I couldn't understand almost anything, that video would have been impossible without subtitles.
