What a crazy crazy straight line super acceleration, what's more crazy is in UK, you can buy in a 23-73 low miler for 25 k
Or you can finance a 2023. 911 @ 100 to a 120k. Trouble is, has a little less HP and will take a half second more to 60 mph .
So that's 4 X powers priced against a slower at legal speeds, just one ole 911.
Albeit the Porsche is the stunner it's crazy that a x power will be looking in his rear mirror for the 911.

Ive had my MG4 X power for about 6 months now and done over 16000km in it ..

ill have to correct you on range its about 250 ( maybe 300km if your lucky ) real world KM in NORMAL mode .. 100% to 10% ( at 10% the car slows down to preserve battery life ) i did 250 260km to mount baw baw and back home round trip ..

Maybe 400km at best in ECO mode if your lucky which honestly defeats the purpose of the X power and 320kw because ECO mode disconnects the front motor so you lose about 170kw and AWD !!

I drive in sport mode alot so on average im getting 23kw/h which is not good for a EV but my choice and like i said why buy the X power to drive slow

Stock tyres are terrible at best.. they have gone for the middle option with the Bridgestone Turanzas so slight performance better comfort and some what better tread wear / rolling resistance !!

That said on tread wear for my 16000km traveled im close to the end of my tyre life ( nearly at the wear indicators ) because ( and i love to accelerate quick ) the tyres cannot handle the power so it loses traction in the wet and dry and in turn chews the tyres out quick !!

I will be upgrading to michelin pilot sport 5s soon !!

Anything made before 2024 has the vibration in the steering at over 100km/h that MG are SLOWLY sorting !! ( not dangerous just annoying and shouldnt happen in a new car )

In my opinion the X power is a GREAT car, crazy fast, cheap in both cost and to run my 250km round trip 100% to 10% cost me $26 to charge from 10% to 97% ( charging stops at 97% on fast charger )

It lacks refinement in alot of areas but more than makes up in fun and price ( never ceases to make me smile when i smoke cars costing twice or even 3 to 4 times as much off the line and seeing them in my rear view mirror) but then be able to cruise around the streets in a more comfortably slow manor !!

Its a great family car too comfortably fits 2 kids/ smaller adults in the back .. boot space is limited with no frunk but its enough for a fair bit of shopping in there !!

The X power is a great fast EV built with compromises for its price point but best suited to shorter trips and very quick take offs !!
