Tensions flaring up again in the Korean Peninsula. Seoul is suing Pyongyang for $35 million for blowing up a joint liaison office just north of their border in 2020. The liaison office was the first of its kind, built in 2018 to reduce tensions between both sides. It was funded by Seoul as South Korea's then-president Moon Jae-in had been pushing for a diplomatic breakthrough with its neighbour.
