Guy realized who Dave was and got off his ass and explained his operation. This is guy who cares. Doesn't want to serve crap and managed to get another 2 min on the channel. Can't beat it. Wish other operators would do this.

I love how Dave drops in these places with no warning. Obviously he has to for a proper test of pizza integrity but it also creates the most candid interactions with owner/staff/public
