Why was the fraction scared to marry a decimal?

Because he would have to convert.

Two mathematicians were busy working independently in a shared study. Suddenly, one stands up shouting, "Eureka!" The other, astonished, asks why the outburst. The first responds with, "I have just invented the greatest Mathematical Concept: The Zero." "The Zero? What's that?" asks the other. The first shrugs, sits down, and mutters, "Oh, nothing."

3rd and final joke. Parallel lines have so much in common. It’s a shame they’ll never meet

Joke: How do you learn math?
You watch tecmath. Dont listen to your math teacher as she obviously wont ever teach you skills that tecmath does.

I didn't hear when you said a number could be used once only.
I started bottom left since only 1*7 would give 7. It couldn't be 1 in that space because the combinations would never give 22. So 7. Then I multiplied by 3 and added 1. The 1 didn't work right before the 22 because the difference above could never be 12 with only numbers 1 to 9. So 7*2+8 worked. I worked out that the numbers directly above 7 2 and 8 had to give 1 4 and 5 respectively. Then I said the middle column could only be 2+2, 3+1 and 1+3 to give 4. The other columns had too many combinations. Then 2+2 wasn't working so I tried the other two and then guessed the other numbers around them to complete.
I approached it like I do with sudoku.

Hello sir, four years ago you have uploaded a vedio on how find out square root of any number within seconds. It was wonderful. Recently is got around it and is quite helpful for me specially for competitive exams in India but I got stuck with a problem and noticed that this method provides best answer if the number for which square root is to find out is JUST greater than the perfect square and as we go up the variation increases as √145 is 12.04159 and from your method it's 12+1/24= 12.04167 variation is .000072 but for √168 true value is 12.96148 and your method provides 13 variation is 0.035485 although it's seems not very much creats a difference when the numbers are small . so if we approximate numbers, with respect to perfect squares closer to them. Would it be correct ? e.g. √168 as 13-(169-168)/26 = 12.961538 variation from true value will be 0.000057 and if I am correct then by this we can conclude that, the perfect square to be used to calculate any square root should be the closest one, either to left or right to it.
Sir, please do reply and correct me if I am wrong at any place, your response is deeply appreciated and your work and puzzles are very helpful for me... thank you.

You should say "all numbers 1 thru 9" as it is not completely clear whether you could use a same number multiple times.

Well, I actually started out with the first vertical row to result in “7”, knowing it was a prime. But then, I also knew that I had almost no options in the first horizontal line that allowed me to use the “7” in the first block, so I knew that the “7” would go in the third vertical block of column 1. Then, I focused on the horizontal row resulting in “22”, and well, I knew I had only one solution, and that was the “2” in the second position and “8” in the third. The rest of the puzzle just fell into place, so to speak. But truth in disclosure: I had three false starts until I realized what I was doing. LOL. Loved this challenge!!!
