I love crispy pata with a dipping sauce of vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and chopped onion, garlic and red & green chili. It's best eaten right after it's cooked. Hope the dish was still crispy when you reached home and ate it.

I don’t try crispy pata I make once a week🤣 it fairly easy to make but the waiting . First you need process and marinates.delicious with beer🤣. My husband was surprised when I let him try it . Now it his fav with beer.
