I am mixing and mastering for about 21 years. And in this time I have collected almost every plugin on the market. I started with waves . But o boy since I found the ssl plugins it is almost all I am using these days. I do around 4 mixes a week. And I can tell you the ssl plugins are awesome. I still have some other plugins I am using because ssl is just not offering them (yet). Mostly fabfilter, UAD, And some other company plugins, I dont own the fusion ones yet and also not the delay. But that wont take long :-). Your channel is just super awesome brother I love everything you do. You seem like a very nice person.

lots of really good deals on the X series plugins over the last few months. i've picked up nearly all of them for as little as 15gbp from sweetwater and other resellers. if they do the same kind of deals on the fusion range, i'll definitely grab them, but i'd never pay full price. they do sound great, though.

When you get them on the sub, yes. I think they are worth. I'm just gonna pick them up one by one when they go on sale as I plan to do with the others.

Hey, if anyone is interested, it seems SSL always has a 3 for 2 deal where you could get 3 of the plugins for $398. Too bad there are 5, but you could throw in the bus compressor or new channel strip and get 6 plugins for ~$796. Anyways, just a little less than $1k, still pretty damn expensive!

i subscribe the ssl bundle....ive had it about 4 months and they have been steady adding to the package. They just came out with a new delay in the last 7 days. the plugins are great and thier very cpu friendly and for 15 us a month i dont think you can go wrong

I cant get the vintage drive to not make my mix sound grainy especially with rock guitars. No matter how conservative I set it

that perc congas get big stereo width just like any other stereo width plugin i use b4, the problem is u wont hear it anymore when u playback in your car stereo esp the low conga ! so any different with the ssl??

Thanks a lot for this helpful video. Even at $30 each, I don't think I need those. I have better options. But... where can I listen to the whole track? Who's the artist? It's fantastic and a bit reminiscent of early 2000s Santana.

Do you have any idea why my studio one 5.4 fader letters and bottoms are tinted pink. I just upgraded to am M1 re installed studio one and everything is slightly pink that should be white. I tried all the color adjustment in the preference window none of them seem to effect the lettering faders or knobs . And no other apps are pink just studio one. Tried all the color presets but still pinkish… can’t find any answers on the persons pages……pretty awful color lol

I just buy all SSL native and they don’t work on FL studio for some reason. Anybody can give advise ? Or it just image line don’t support this plugins?

Hi, I tested them and they're as good as other greats plugins from others companies. I think they're ridiculous overpriced. Please colleagues don't be fooled by marketing, don't waste your money like that. If we make smart purchases, the overpriced products will go down for sure. Cheers!
