Great video bro, I have the hardware as well and wanted to see if getting the plugins were worth it just for taking a fusion with me on the road. Definitely worth it. I subscribed to your channel after the honest Unison Drum Monkey video. I spent my money on it as well. I paid $240.00 dollars for it. It's not worth it.

I think the SW sounds good in everybody’s DAW. The HW Fusion will only sounds as good as your DA/AD Converters and Cabling are. My Studio always runned with Average Pro XLR branded cables but I invested and changed all to “Mogami Quad” and Mogami 2932 and if you want to truly know how good your hardware can sound you’ll be blown away just replacing with Mogami Quad…or 2932……Seriously! Loads of XLR cables dont transfer the original audio properly! And therefore its hard to judge the true quality of Hardware devices. Woolly low end lack of dynamics and dull sounding top end is common with basic pro XLR and so we will judge hardware accordingly. Cheers

With hardware vs software, it’s very much a “horseshoes and hand grenades” situation...close enough is good enough.
