The actors on this list are ranked according to their lifetime success (awards & nominations), along with their acting skills, versatility and role transformation. Accuracy when making a Top 10 all time list is extremely important. This video is not based on my own personal preferences; they are based on the greatness and/or success of the person. In other words, an actor's commercial success (Oscars & BAFTA Awards), and influential greatness through their acting skill and role transformation, is how they are ranked in this video.

A good list of modern day actors. But you don't include Bogart, or Walter Brennan (three Oscars), or Spencer Tracy or a lot of actors who lived earlier. Perhaps breaking it down into decades, and naming ten for each decade would be better. What about Richard Burton or Peter O'Toole?

Any list that doesn’t include at least some of the following: Max Von Sydow, Sir Lawrence Olivier, Sir Alec Guinness, Gregory Peck, Morgan Freeman, Henry Fonda and Toshiro Mifune isn’t worth it’s salt.
Marlon Brando BTW is the most over rated actor in history.

Nicholson is hard to beat, definitely needs to be on the list no doubt, top notch. Hoffman in Little Big Man, just great (the book, however, is far superior to what is very much a superior film). My own list doesn't include a number of these and certainly not Pacino. Not enough from the early years of Hollywood either: Cary Grant, James Stewart, Humphrey Bogart, Gary Cooper are all on my list. Hanks is the modern day Cary Grant, can play about anything. Far as I can recall, Hanks did only one Western, News of the World, a surprise for its sympathetic portrayal of the South during Reconstruction. See you on the next one.

Fine listing of actors except for the title. Rather than "of All Time" I think "in Modern Movies" would have been a much better ending for your video's title. You will get many comments on whom people think that should be included. Among my choices would be John Barrymore who has enough filmography to warrant inclusion on a list "of All Time."

This list is really the most awarded actors, which has always been a political thing in Hollywood, not necessarily the greatest. But Brando, Nicholson, Hopkins deserve to be on the list. Glaring omissions would include Laughton, Olivier, Kirk Douglas. Lon Chaney, “man of a thousand faces, ” created characters out of his mind and invented and applied his own makeup, and had great acting ability too. I can’t imagine the cry baby actors of today doing that.

You didn't include The Mask of Zorro as one of Anthony Hopkins' Western films. He played Diego dela Vega, aka Zorro, before passing on to Alejandro Murietta (Antonio Banderas).

NOT JUST TEN. THERE HAVE BEEN MANY WONDERFUL ACTORS THE WORLD OVER. YOU PICKED ONLY THE LEAD ACTORS OR "HEROES". THERE HAVE BEEN FANTASTIC ACTING SKILLS DISPLAYED BY UNKNOWN ACTORS FOR A COUPLE OF SCENES. SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION IS AN EXAMPLE.
